2. Platform Role

We do not own, sell, or guarantee any listed items.

We act only as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

Direct seller-to-buyers Meeting. Service charges apply. Basic Commission The Commission fee is applicable after registration is completed. There's no need to pay any Commission before registration.

It is the responsibility of the home or plot buyer to verify the quality of the property; our company's role is limited to document verification.ssion is applicable.

Note; We are only responsible if the bond copy verification is done by our company.

3. Listings and Content

Users may post listings for items or services, subject to the following:

• Listings must be accurate and not misleading.
• No illegal, stolen, or prohibited items.
• No offensive, abusive, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove listings without notice.
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Transactions

All transactions are conducted directly between users.

We are not responsible for:

• Payment disputes.

Users are encouraged to:

• Meet in safe public places.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Required by law enforcement.
